Dispatch and delivery time
Your order will be shipped with the service available in your region. We process all orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am till 5:00 pm CET. Please note that this does not include products that are made to order. Normal delivery times are:

All orders are fully traceable using a tracking service. A notification will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number. Please note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes or military bases.
DISCLAIMER: There may be exceptions to the delivery times presented here, depending on your location. The couriers don't have full coverage in remote areas and need to hire subcontractors at times to handle their deliveries.
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE US
Due to the changes to the import rules by the current administration, US customers are forced to pay import taxes and tariffs on all shipments from abroad. A customer ordering from overseas needs to pay 15 % – 50 % in tariffs with additional administrative customs fees and governmental screenings (FDA, Fish and Wildlife, etc). These fees are collected by the customs or the courier services from the customer before any delivery is made. Refusal to pay may result in the shipment being destroyed.
Grimfrost has, however, managed to arrange a setup where we cover all the taxes, tariffs and administrative costs. In other words, US customers will not be charged anything extra when buying from Grimfrost.
The changes came into force Aug 29, 2025, which has created immense queues, confusion and handling issues at the US border, where all instances, from customs to courier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) and government agencies (FDA, Fish and Wildlife, etc.) are trying to cope with the new rules and the masses of shipments arriving to the US.
Even though Grimfrost has diligently prepared and planned for this new situation, the sheer volume of shipments arriving from overseas to the US still results in delays.
Shipping Costs
We have managed to negotiate very affordable Worldwide shipping costs from Sweden, even though they are ever increasing in the wake of the pandemic, wars, inflation etc. We are thus able to offer a flat shipping rate of $12.90 (or equivalent in local currencies) to North America and Europe. Other regions have a flat shipping rate of $19.90 (or equivalent in local currencies).
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders above $100 (or equivalent in local currencies).
Note: The $100 is excluding VAT (value added tax) which is added to all purchases within the EU (European Union).
Taxes and duties
VAT is included into the price within the EU, unless you operate a business and have a VAT number. Customers outside of the EU are excluded from VAT.
It is possible that orders outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the Products reach specified destinations. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs for more information.
All couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.) charge a processing fee if your country charges the import taxes. This is usually a flat rate fee to cover their administrative costs with handling the paperwork and communications with the customs department of your country.
USA: As of September 2025 and until further notice, all packages sent to the United States are subject to tariffs and import duties.
Canada: All couriers charge a processing fee in Canada on top the import taxes to cover their administrative costs with handling the paperwork and communications with the customs department. Please check with DHL Canada for more info.
UK: From January 1, 2021, all UK orders above 135 GBP are excluded from VAT in our shop. The UK government may, however, charge domestic VAT on your order. Please look up your local rules and regulations for more details. In this current moment (January 2021), you can import goods into the UK valued up to 135 GBP without paying any import taxes.
Australia: Orders with a value over 1000 AUD are subject to duties and taxes at the border, and an Import Declaration needs to be filled out. Some goods are not allowed to be imported without special permits, such as straw and certain knives. Please check with Australian customs for more info.
P.O Boxes, Military Bases and faulty addresses
Please note that DHL does not accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes or military bases. If such addresses, or addresses that aren't correct, or are written using a different set of characters, are registered it may cause a delay to the dispatch, or cancel your order, or result in the order being returned to us. If the order has been sent to such an address and returned to us, then only the value of the ordered items will be refunded.
